The user is obligated to provide correct, accurate, current, and complete information, as well as to maintain and update the user's information and to always maintain its correctness, accuracy, and completeness, in addition to taking responsibility for what occurs in the system.

User responsibility

The user is fully responsible for the contents of the information that is uploaded or entered into the system and its consequences. Also, he is considered responsible for the effects of any notices or letters received from the organization, and he is considered notified as of the date they were sent to his account. The responsibility of the system administrator does not exceed the limit of dealing with information, its transformation, and the actions of its effects. Also, the user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of his personal data, in addition to any other consequences arising from its disclosure.

Guarantee of usage rights and accuracy of information

The user guarantees that he has all the necessary rights, including copyright, to submit information to the system. The user acknowledges that the system administrator has no responsibility to protect the identification of any information submitted. The user agrees that the information he enters into the system is correct, does not violate any law, legislation, order, or regulation, is not cheated or associated with selling stolen or fake materials, and does not violate any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secrets, or any property rights, whether public or private.

Organisation rights

The organization reserves the right to change its services without prior notice that are not explicitly included in this agreement, including entry procedures, lists, forms, commands, documentation, programs, and system services provided.

The organization reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user's access to the service in the event of violating any of the terms of this agreement, including: doing an act that harms the system, users, or any of the internet users.

The organization reserves the right to terminate the user's account access to the service if the user's consumption of this medium exceeds the terms of this agreement or the customary and reasonable use of this service.

Organization disclaimer guarantee
