Acceptance of Terms

The following Usage Policy governs the mechanism for using Taqdeer Program available through the GOSI website and application. By using the Program, you expressly agree to interact digitally with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Electronic Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, please stop using the Program. Please note that these terms may be modified from time to time, and your continued use of the GOSI website or mobile application shall be constituted as implicit acceptance of such amendments.

Definitions

GOSI The General Organization for Social Insurance.

The Program: Taqdeer Program, a national initiative by the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) to provide distinguished services in appreciation of retirees.

The System: The electronic services management system of Taqdeer Program.

GOSI Website: The official website of GOSI where Taqdeer Program is available (https://www.gosi.gov.sa/en).

GOSI APP: The GOSI smartphone application.

System Administrator: The entity or team responsible for the operation and management of Taqdeer Program.

User: The beneficiary of Taqdeer Program's services, whether in a personal capacity or as a representative of another entity.

Links: Electronic links directing to related services or content.

Scope of Agreement

These terms apply to all services provided by the GOSI website or application through Taqdeer Program. These platforms are considered part of GOSI's digital infrastructure, designed to facilitate retirees' and beneficiaries' access to offers, initiatives, and privileges provided by the Program's partners.

User Commitment

1. ID and Password:

The User shall maintain the confidentiality of their login data and shall bear full responsibility for the use of the account.

The user shall immediately report any suspected unauthorized use.

2. Information:

The User shall provide accurate and correct information and update it when needed. The use shall also bear responsibility for any content they enter into the System.

Intellectual Property and Rights

All materials and content, including the marks and logos associated with Taqdeer Program, are the property of GOSI or are used under license. No part thereof may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use:

By using Taqdeer Program services, you agree to:

Authorize GOSI to collect personal data necessary to provide the service and share it with Program partners, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and relevant laws.

Consent to receiving promotional messages from the Program.

Consent not to use the service for illegal or unlicensed commercial purposes.

Consent not to tamper with or hack the Program's systems, and not to submit incorrect, deceptive, or abusive information or content.

GOSI Rights

GOSI reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of Taqdeer Program services at any time without prior notice.

GOSI shall also have the right to suspend or terminate any user account in case of violation of any of these terms.

Disclaimer

The content and services of Taqdeer Program are provided "as is" and "as available." Neither GOSI nor the Program shall bear responsibility for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including malfunctions or data loss.

External Links

Taqdeer Program may include links to websites or services provided by third parties (Program partners). GOSI disclaims responsibility for the content or practices of such websites, and their use is subject to the terms of the providing entities.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.

Conflict Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws, regulations, and directives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi judiciary shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising therefrom.

Prohibited Uses:

By using Taqdeer Program, you agree to refrain from the following:

Providing or uploading files to this service that contain viruses, corrupt data, or malicious software.

Uploading any materials or files to Taqdeer Program that contain phrases contrary to public morals for the purpose of defamation, slander, or libel, whether explicitly or implicitly.

Participating through Taqdeer Program in illegal or unlawful activities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Providing or uploading files that contain software, materials, data, or other information that you do not own or for which you do not have a license.

Using any means, program, or procedure to intercept, or attempt to intercept, the proper operation of Taqdeer platform, or engaging in what is known as (hacking activities).

Using this Program in any way to send any commercial or unsolicited email, or any abuse of this nature to Taqdeer platform.

Undertaking any action that places an excessive or inappropriate load on the infrastructure of Taqdeer platform.

Publishing, advertising, or distributing defamatory material or violating laws

Publishing materials contrary to Islamic teachings or public morals through Taqdeer Program.

Advertising, via Taqdeer, any product or service that could place GOSI in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Misusing the digital services provided through the website or application, including satirical or deliberate abuse.
