Service Steps

SLA

Step One

Click on “Start Service” and log in.

Step Two

Choose “Occupational Hazard”, then click on “Report Occupational Hazard” and select “Report Injury”.

Step Three

Click on “Proceed to Report Injury”.

Step four

Fill in the required data, then click “Save and Next”.

Step Seven

If the employer does not respond within the specified period of three (3) working days, the request will be automatically referred to the Social Insurance Authority to take the necessary action.

Step Six

When the contributor submits a work injury report electronically via the portal, the report is immediately referred to the establishment’s supervisor for approval or rejection, with a response period of three (3) working days.

Step Five

Upload the documents and click “Submit” (Optional).

To follow up the request:

An SMS will be sent to the registered phone number for request tracking.
