Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service" and log in.
Step Two
Choose the establishment.
Step Three
From financial services choose refund credit balance.
Step Four
Enter refund amount.
Step Five
Attach the required documents, then submit the request.
To follow up the request, an SMS will be sent to the registered phone number. Follow up Here.
