GOSI offers an online service that allows employers to modify the legal entity of the establishment without visiting the branch.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service.”
Step Two
Select the establishment.
Step Three
From the establishment profile, go to the Legal Entity section and click on (Update).
Step Four
The system will update the establishment’s information immediately based on the Ministry of Commerce records.
Step Eight
Enter the required information and attach the necessary documents.
Step Seven
From the establishment profile, go to the Legal Entity section and click on (Edit).
Step Six
Select the establishment.
Step Five
Click on “Start Service.”
Step Nine
Submit the request.
