Click on “Start Service” and log in.

Select the establishment.

From the main menu, go to Occupational Hazards Services, then choose Report an Occupational Injury.

Enter the injury details: type of injury, and provide the national ID/iqama number, GCC ID, passport number, or unified number (as applicable).

You can view the list of accredited hospitals from the third-party administrator (TCS) via the following link: https://tcs-ksa.net/gosiproviders.aspx

Upload the required documents and submit the request.

Agree to the service terms, then enter the injury data including details and location of the incident.
