Step One

Click on Start Service and log in.

Step Two

Click on “Inbox” icon – Transaction – View transaction. If eligibility is verified and the conditions are met, the (Request Review/Objection) icon appears.

Step Three

Fill in the appeal details.

Step Four

Attach the required documents and submit the request.

You will receive an SMS containing the request number, and you can follow up on the request here.
