GOSI offers an online service that allows contributors to request termination from the establishment without visiting the branch.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service” and log in.
Step Two
Choosing the establishment.
Step Three
Through the contributor services, click on the contributor list icon.
Step Four
Selecting the contributor to be terminated, with the option to search using the national ID.
Step Six
Complete the termination data and submit the application.
Step Five
Through the contribtuor profile, click on Options (three dots) and choose Terminate.
You wil recieve a text message containg the request ID, to follow up click here.
