View the occupational hazard details, and the current status of the request will be displayed.

Step Eight

Upload the required documents and click "Submit."​​

Complete the claim form with the necessary information.

Step Six

Choose the option for deportation expenses.

Step Five

Review the injury details by selecting "Show full details."
