Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service.”
Step Two
Select the establishment.
Step three
From the establishment profile, select to the Establishment Identification section and click on (Edit).
Step Four
Enter the required details and upload the required documents (if any).
Step Five
Submit the request.
