Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on Start Service and log in.
Step Two
Select Benefits and then click on Appeal
Step Three
Attach the supporting documents, agree to the declaration, and submit the application.
Step Four
You will receive a text message containing the request ID. you can track the request via GOSI app.
