An e-service provided by GOSI enables the Contributor to cancel an active or inactive optional contribution period and refund the contribution amounts for the cancelled period, without the need to visit the authority.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service" and log in.
Step Two
Choose "Contribution" then click on the voluntary engagement.
Step Three
Click on the three dots button and choose "Cancel Voluntary Engagement".
Step Four
Select the reason of cancellation, agree on the acknowledgment, then click "Save and Continue".
Step Six
Check the order summary, then click "Approve".
Step Five
Review the request, then click "Submit".
