Payment of Outstanding Amounts

An e-service provided by GOSI enables contributors and beneficiaries to return improperly disbursed amounts and outstanding debts to GOSI, without the need to visit the authority.

Service Steps

SLA

Step One

Click on “Start Service” and login.

Step Two

Choose Benefits. - To pay for additional contribution months, click on "Benefits Details". - To repay unduly disbursed amounts, choose "Benefits" then "History", and click on the "History".

Step Three

Choose "Adjustment", click on "Apply" then start the request.

Step Four

Enter the total amount to be paid then click Save and Next.

Step Six

Fill the required details, attach proof of payment then accept the terms and click submit.

Step Five

View payment details.

You will receive an SMS containing the request number, and you can follow up on it through the provided link.
