Click on “Start Service” and log in by one of the beneficiaries (Heir)

Select “General Services” from the main menu

Select “General Services” from the main menu

Enter the heir ID and date of birth, then enter the deceased contributor ID and click “Verify.”

Complete the data for each beneficiary (Status—Job—Payment Details—National Address—Contact Details), then click on “Save.”

From the main menu, select Heir Benefits and click on “Request Heir Benefit.” * A list of registered beneficiaries (heirs) in the inheritance certificate will appear (unregistered heirs can be added by clicking on Add Another Heir)

Upload the required documents (if any) and click “Register.”
