An e-service provided by GOSI enables the contributor or family members to request the payment of the lump-sum benefit the amount payable on a one-time basis in cases where the pension eligibility conditions are not met, in accordance with the provisions of the system. Please note that approving the request in the system does not mean the benefit amount will be disbursed and deposited into the account immediately, as the payment will be processed upon the issuance of the payroll, without the need to visit the authority.​
