Click on “Start Service” and log in.

Select Pensions, then Request for Non-Occupational Disability Assessment and display dependents.

Enter disability details and attach the required certified medical documents and reports.

The documents are referred to the medical committee for review and to determine the extent of the disability.

You can proceed with the “Submit Request” or “Appeal” service.

You will receive an SMS with the medical committee’s decision and the entitlement status.

In case of disability, the details and decisions of the medical committee will be displayed, with the option to apply or request an appeal.

The committee will contact you to schedule a session and coordinate regarding the medical case.

The decision is then finalized and you will be notified, and the payment process will be expedited.

After approval of the disability and issuance of the final decision, the request for disbursement of benefits will appear on the main page.

Once approved, the disability benefits will be disbursed directly to the beneficiary’s account.
