Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service” and log in.
Step Two
Choose "Benefits".
Step Three
Click on "View details".
Step Four
Select "Payments" then click on "Remove bank commitment".
Step Five
Upload the required documents, then click on "Submit".
You will receive an SMS containing the request number, and you can follow up on it through the provided link.
