GOSI offers an online service that allows beneficiaries to report a complication due to a work injury that occurred to the contributor and was reported and approved without visiting the branch.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “Start Service” and login.
Step Two
Choose Occupational Hazzard and click on report Occupational Hazzard then choose report complication.
Step Three
Choose the injury to report.
Step Four
Insert the required details and click save and next.
Step Five
Attach the required documents and approve the declaration then click submit.
You wil recieve a text message containg the request ID, to follow up click here
