An e-service provided by GOSI enables contributors to submit a request for exemption from the statutory deadline for applying for the Unemployment Insurance (SANED) benefit, provided that the reason for not applying is beyond the beneficiary’s control and supporting evidence is submitted, without the need to visit the authority.

Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on "Start Service" and log in.
Step Two
From the benefits menu, click on the "Unemployment insurance" icon then "Raise Appeal".
Step Three
Enter the appeal details and payment information.
Step Four
Attach the supporting documents, agree to the declaration, and submit the application. You will receive a text message containing the request ID. you can track the request via GOSI app.
