An online service offered by GOSI allows family members of imprisoned contributor to apply for prisoner benefits to ensure a decent life for family members during the contributor’s imprisonment without visiting the entity.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click "Start Service" and log in through the authorized agent.
Step Two
From the home page, select "Benefits," then "Prisoner's Family Benefit," and click "Submit."
Step Three
Complete the required information (prisoner details, authorized person details, authority, contact information, and address), then click "Save and Continue."
Step Four
Click "Add Dependent" and complete the dependents' information.
Step Six
Complete the payment information, agree on the acknowledgment, and click "Save and Continue."
Step Five
Complete the prison details, submit the required documents, and click "Save and Continue."
