GOSI offers an online service that allows beneficiaries to request a review of the decisions issued against them by GOSI without visiting the branch.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on Start Service and log in.
Step Two
Click on “Mail Box” icon – Transaction – View transaction. If eligibility is verified and the conditions are met, the (Request Review/objection) icon appears.
Step Three
Fill in the objection details.
Step Four
Attach the required documents and submit the request.
You will receive an SMS containing the request number, and you can follow up on the request here.
