An e-service provided by GOSI enables the Contributor to submit a request to stop the optional contribution when they no longer wish to continue, without the need to visit the authority.
Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “start service" and log in.
Step Two
Select "Subscriptions" then click on the active voluntary engagement.
Step Three
Click on "Options" and select "Terminate VIC engagement."
Step Four
Enter the information and reason for termination, then update the IBAN and agree to the declaration.
Step Five
Review the request, then click on "Submit".
