Service Steps
SLAStep One
Click on “start service" and log in.
Step Two
Select “Register Voluntary Contribution" from General Services, then click “Submit."
Step Three
Complete the personal data.
Step Four
Select the registration reason and the salary.
Step Six
Review the request and agree on the acknowledgment, then click “Submit."
Step Five
Upload documents (if any).
